The Brief
A multi-function wedding for Henal and Hemin: a ring ceremony, a sangeet night and the wedding itself, each with its own look, for a large family gathering in Godhra.
The Challenge
Three very different moods across back-to-back functions at one outdoor venue, with quick turnarounds between set-ups and a big guest list to look after.
Our Approach
A blue-and-white floral story for the ring ceremony, a palace-lit stage for the sangeet, and warm golden drapes for the wedding, tied together with the couple's monogram.
The Execution
Illuminated floral tunnel entrance, a floral ring-ceremony stage, a cold-pyro bride entry, sangeet stage lighting, signage, hospitality and on-ground coordination for every function.

A large open-air celebration of Gujarati music and culture in Vadodara, with a line-up of singers, musicians and folk performers.
The Challenge
A packed programme with many artists, a big outdoor audience and a stage that had to look spectacular from the front row to the very back.
Our Approach
A bold LED-and-truss stage design, a running order built around energy peaks, and artist management backstage so every act was ready on cue.
The Execution
Stage and truss build, LED backdrop, intelligent lighting and sound, artist coordination, audience seating and on-ground management through the night.

A sunshine palette of yellows and greens, marigold mandap, a decorated entrance gate and a family welcome board that set the tone at arrival.
The Execution
Full planning, décor and design, entrance and mandap styling, signage, vendor coordination and a hands-on team throughout the wedding.

A floral and balloon entrance arch in the brand's orange-and-black colours, a ribbon moment and a branded celebration cake.
